After applying to the selective institute in the chosen Program, The acceptance letter will be forwarded to you by the corresponding Malaysian university after they have considered the documents and your eligibility. When you choose a university, there will be an offer to join the university and you will be required to pay tuition and registration fees

Documents Requirements

  • Valid national passport of the recipient
  • Two passport-size photos with a white background
  • Academic record of previous degrees (certificates and diplomas)
  • Certificates of  English proficiency test (IELTS or TOEFL)
  • Recommendation letters from the relevant authorities (letter written by the applicant detailing their academic and professional aspirations and why they have chosen a certain study program.
  • Recommendation Letters (The applicant must include at least two letters from two of their professors)
  • Employment letter (if applicable)
  • Employment history (if applicable)
  • Updated CV (for the PhD programs)
  • Research proposal (for Masters in research or PhD research program)
  • Prove of Funds  (in the form of a bank or credit card Statement of 750 RM Proving the candidates can afford the cost of living and studying in Malaysia).
  • Complete and original Health examination form.
  • All documents must be certified and Original 
  • You will be required to send certified copies of your original documents to the university’s postal address for verification
  • Application Form Must be Completed
  • The application fee which will also be paid online through credit card, is nonrefundable.
