Eligibility Criteria For Scholarship Opportunities In Malaysia

Graduates and post-graduates can apply

Master’s and Ph.D. students under full-time study can apply

Must be registered as a full-time postgraduate in a Malaysian public or private university funded under MIS

Applicants Should be in their second or third year of the program, or have at least two semesters left before the culmination of their studies

Master’s applicants should not be more than 40 years of age in their application

The master’s applicant must have a CGPA of 3.0 or a second-class upper honors degree

Candidates applying for a PhD should have a CGPA of at least 3.0 or good results in academics during the period of their master’s degree

Applicants are required to submit a research proposal of not less than 1000 words.

English Language Proficiency

Required proficiency demonstrated by standardized tests

IELTS: The average band should be  6.0 or above

TOEFL: minimum overall average of 550 or higher
